Greengate HOA only represents residents in single-family homes on the north side of Pine Lakes.
For information about the Greengate condominiums on the south side of the lakes, you'll need to contact officials for the Greengate Horizontal Property Regime (GHPR):

Annual Charter Membership
$80.00 per year to join. Mandatory for homeowners on the Pine Lakes only. Due October 31.
Annual Affiliate Membership
$50.00 minimum (or optional additional amount) per year to join. Encouraged for homeowners not on the Pine Lakes.
