Join your neighbors for a summer yard sale!
WHO: All interested Greengate residents
WHEN: Saturday, June 17, 8:00am - 1:00pm
WHAT TO EXPECT: If you want to participate, you need to complete the participation form (follow the link below) by June 10. We need at least 12 participants to justify the promotional efforts and draw shoppers! The HOA has a small planning committee who will advertise and coordinate all participating residents. For those who may have small businesses or homemade items to sell, please join us! The more the merrier!

Join us for another Clean Sweep!
WHO: Sponsored by Richland County Public Works for Greengate
WHEN: Monday, July 10, 8:00am
WHAT TO EXPECT: The Public Works Special Services Division will be in our neighborhood to pick up items not normally accepted at curbside collection. Now is the time to spruce up the yard, clean out the garage, and declutter the closet. Get rid of unwanted furniture and appliances with ease!

Added 8/1/2022 - Greengate has a private group on Nextdoor! Several Greengate neighbors have already joined! This is a great way to get to know our neighbors and build community in our neighborhood.
